Example: If your check-in is on January 8, you may cancel or modify until 11:59 p.m. on January 1

❌ After Cut-off Date

No cancellations or changes are allowed after the deadline

🏃 Early Departures

No refunds are provided for early check-outs

🚫 No-Show Policy

Guests who do not show up will be charged 100% of the reservation amount

👥 Group Bookings (7+ Guests)

For group bookings of more than 7 people, no refund is applicable in case of cancellation or no-show

🌐 Bookings via OTA Partners

Reservations made through platforms like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc. must be cancelled or modified directly on those platforms
